SHEARING
Shearing is one of the fastest and most efficient methods of cutting sheet metal into the desired size. We can shear aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel.
FORMING
Our press brakes can handle sheet sizes up to 144” in length and have the capability of bending material ranging from 26 gauge to 0.25” thick, depending on tonnage requirements.
LASER CUTTING
Our CAD/CAM capabilities and machines are equipped with automation – so no matter what shape or size you need, we have the capacity to deliver an exact product with unbeatable speed and efficiency.
WATERJET CUTTING
The powerful, heat-free precision of waterjet cutting is ideal for a variety of materials. With nine high-pressure systems featuring multiple cutting heads, our waterjet cutting capacity is one of the largest in the country.
MACHINING
As a supplement to fabrication and laser cutting services, we offer maching services including drilling, tapping and countersinking.
WELDING
Our extensive welding department uses a variety of welding procedures including MIG, TIG and spot welding. With our vast knowledge of welding and fabrication, we can ensure the proper technique is used to produce a quality product at an efficient cost.
INSULATED PANELS
Insulated metal panels are exterior wall panels that are comprised of two pieces of aluminum skin, two pieces of coraplas and one piece of polystyrene in the middle. We offer 1/4″ and 1″ panels in a variety of sizes and colors.
ASSEMBLY
We have the capabilities to do assembly. Whether your product needs to be riveted, fastened together, have decals added or any other subcomponents included, our assembly department is capable of providing a completely finished product.
FINISHING
Each project has specific and often complicated requirements. By offering as many services as possible under one roof, we can help you keep costs down, minimize wait times, and eliminate any hassle. We can assist with your priming, anodizing, powder or paint needs.
